In Le Douet des broches, a man carries out his work as the days and seasons go by. Around him, the flora and fauna play along. Fish, frogs, dragonflies and moorhens share the pond with him. Yet a threat looms over this gentle harmony, and disaster soon strikes, sweeping everything in its path.

On the Normandy coast, two women meet and live together for a while. Between the one who passes through and the one who stays, gestures fail to coincide and rhythms drift apart. Out of this imperfect coexistence, their paths shift without their ever seeing it coming.
